Ultimately, if you are a regular locum doctor, you will make more money using EMS Fusion.
We are different because we give you the locum fee back in exchange for an annual membership.
We can also operate like a normal locum agency, but for locums who want to complete more than a handful of shifts, you will almost certainly have more $$ in your pocket.
Our membership fee will depend on your level of competency and how many shifts you complete, but ranges from $1000 for a JMO to $9000 for a Consultant completing 10+ shifts per year.
Once the membership fee is paid, every agency commission is paid back to you.
Based on an average 15% commission, up to $300/shift would normally be paid to a locum agency . If you complete 50 shifts in a year, that’s $15,000 back in your pocket – for those completing 100 shifts in a year, that’s $30,000 back in your pocket.
