Co-founder Dr Alan Turner is an emergency physician and clinical educator with extensive experience in high-acuity and austere healthcare environments. In 2025 he was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to study international best practice in clinical training systems and decision-support tools designed to improve clinician performance in high-acuity and austere healthcare environments.
Natasha Rose, co-founder of EMS Fusion, has over a decade of experience in healthcare management and medical workforce operations. She has worked extensively in critical care environments and has significant expertise in medical staffing, recruitment and training pathways, supporting healthcare organisations and clinicians across a range of clinical settings.
Together, they established EMS Fusion to develop practical systems, tools and training approaches that support clinicians delivering high-acuity care in complex and resource-limited environments.
