EMS Fusion has been accredited as a Course Centre with Resuscitation Australia, supporting the delivery of Advanced Life Support (ALS) training programs, particularly in rural and remote areas.This collaboration will enable EMS Fusion to deliver nationally recognised ALS1 and ALS2 courses, contributing to the development and maintenance of clinical skills for healthcare professionals. The initiative represents an expansion of EMS Fusion’s training capability and supports its broader focus on clinical performance and readiness in high-acuity environments.

As part of ongoing capability development, EMS Fusion is engaging with a range of leading international organisations involved in simulation-based clinical training and operational medicine. These engagements include military and civilian centres of excellence across the UK, USA, Canada and NATO, with the aim of informing future training system design and capability development.

EMS Fusion acknowledges Dr Alan Turner’s contribution, in his Royal Australian Air Force Reservist capacity, to the design and delivery of a bespoke clinical training program in support of an operational health unit. This activity was conducted in response to a unit-level requirement to enhance clinical warfighting capability, with a focus on trauma management, blood product utilisation, platform-agnostic aeromedical evacuation and expectant casualty care. EMS Fusion is currently developing the RESCUE Clinical Support System, an integrated approach to supporting clinical decision-making, training and currency in high-acuity environments. The system combines cognitive aids, structured training and supporting resources to assist clinicians operating under pressure, particularly in austere and resource-limited settings.
